This internal voice may be loud or soft. It may speak in words or images. It may be a gut feeling, a tug at your heart, or an ache in your body. However you experience this voice (you know the one I’m talking about), one thing is certain— it’s compelling, it’s calling you forth, and it’s telling you it’s time.

I work with individuals, leaders and groups...ready to discover or re-align with their true priorities; those wanting to slow down, get clear and create a balanced life that reflects their passions and joys. I coach those who want to become the expression of the life they are really wanting, including the expression of our dynamic human qualities of clarity, vision, wisdom, compassion, ease and joy. I coach those open to the aliveness of honest self-discovery. Those open to sharing their unique gifts (with themselves, their loved ones and their communities).

Workshops are currently on hold while I focus my energy on caring for (and keeping up with!) my busy toddler. My individual coaching fee during these complex economic times is $75/hour ($150+ /month). It is my hope that this reduced fee will keep coaching both accessible and affordable for those I serve.

New! "Give Back" Coaching — offering tools and processes that encourage the awareness and clarity needed to follow through on your desire to give back to your community in your own unique way. This low-cost coaching service is for young adults (age 18 to 30) tired of thinking about what isn't going well in their communities and ready to get involved in creating positive change-- those committed to helping create and impact the communities they want to live in today and in the future. As your coach, I ask heart-full, powerful questions that support you in getting clear about what you want to create and how you want to get there. Together, we will call forth your natural creative energy and inspire your movement to action.

This 3-month/8-session coaching package includes one 80-minute Discovery Session (in-person or by-phone) and seven 40-minute by-phone coaching sessions, the last session being a Closing Session / Celebration. As a way for me to give back, I am offering this special 3-month "Give Back" Coaching package to two young adults (age 18 to 30) per quarter for a special sliding scale fee of $90 to $150 (a $450 value).
